Dingle now shoots poop shots rather than blood shots in an attempt to be consistent with other poop opponents. If Isaac no longer meets their entry requirements while in the adjacent room, the Challenge room doors re-close. The prefix x for special rooms from the previous stage is now accepted by the goto console command. Most of the Flooded Caves rooms have fireplaces pre-extinguished, and the Flush item would extinguish fireplaces in the room upon use.
Color coded health bars and more detailed damage data are now included in Spider Mod's color coded health bars and more detailed damage information. Instead of destroying eternal hearts, items/mechanics that hurt red hearts first now refuse eternal hearts rather than removing them.

With one exception-Body, which is unlocked after beating every boss in Hard mode with The Lost, Mom's Heart / It Lives is the only boss that has a character-specific co-op baby unlock in Rebirth, With one exception, Mom's Heart / It Lives. If a completion mark is earned in Hard mode without first receiving it in Normal mode, the game will display both the normal mark and the Hard mode mark as unlocked. Completion marks are earned by meeting specific objectives in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth.
